Attorney Brad Hawley

Brad is a graduate of Pocahontas County high school. After graduating high school, Mr. Hawley joined the United States Army. Upon completion of his military service, Mr. Hawley earned his bachelor’s degree at Columbus State University. A short time later, Mr. Hawley earned his Juris Doctorate at the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University.

Military service brought Brad to Fort Benning, Georgia. Attorney Brad Hawley moved to Alabama in 1999 during his enlistment, choosing to make Alabama home for the sake of his children. He holds a strong affinity for the State, embracing its distinctive southern hospitality and culture. Mr. Hawley has devoted his life to helping people who could not help themselves.

In his legal practice, Brad focuses primarily on central Alabama, serving clients in Autauga, Barbour, Bullock, Butler, Chilton, Coosa, Covington, Crenshaw, Elmore, Lowndes, Montgomery, and Pike Counties. Focusing on bankruptcy and criminal defense, Brad and his team are dedicated to guiding individuals through the complexities of the legal system with compassion and expertise.

Driven by a genuine passion for helping people navigate legal challenges, Brad finds fulfillment in witnessing his clients overcoming adversity and achieve success. His approach to representation is grounded in understanding each client’s unique needs and aspirations, crafting tailored strategies to realize their goals.

Looking to the future, Brad envisions the expansion of the firm to better serve a wider client base within the Middle District of Alabama. With offices in Prattville and Montgomery, he plans to open additional locations in the coming years to increase accessibility and support for those in need of legal assistance.

Beyond his legal practice, Brad is deeply involved in his community, particularly in supporting children’s activities through sponsorship of various sporting events. He believes in giving back to the community that has embraced him and his family as their own.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife and their six children, a blend of both their families. While his professional commitments keep him occupied, he also finds solace in riding his motorcycle, attending cultural events, and occasionally indulging in outdoor pursuits like hunting and fishing, despite admitting that fishing has never been his strong suit.
